Addiprints Returns Policy

We hope you love your Addiprints order as much as we do—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Window

You have 14 days from your in-store purchase or from the day you receive your online order to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges outside of this time frame.

✅ Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards


🧾 Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

We may issue a partial refund in certain cases, such as:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items with damage not caused by us

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email letting you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.

Not received your refund yet?

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card provider—sometimes it takes a few days for the refund to officially show.

  3. Contact your bank as processing times may vary.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items that are faulty or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@addiprints.com, then send the item to:

Please note: Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.


🎁 Returning a Gift?

If the original buyer returns the gift within 14 days, they’ll receive a refund to the original payment method.
If the recipient of the gift requests the return, the refund will be issued as an Addiprints gift card, as we cannot refund to the original cardholder.

Faulty items:

We’ll reimburse standard return postage costs for faulty items, up to a maximum of £5.00.

All other returns:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked service or adding shipping insurance—especially for items valued over £75—as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.
