Delivery Information – Addiprints

At Addiprints, all of our products are made to order, ensuring you receive fresh, high-quality items every time.

🛠️ Production Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for production. As each item is custom-made, this time is needed to prepare your order with care and precision.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is ready and full stock is confirmed, it will be shipped via Next Day Delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way.

We appreciate your patience while we craft your order—quality takes a little time, but we promise it's worth the wait!

 

Delivery Options

UK Standard Shipping (Next Working Day) £4.99 (Via DPD/DHL)

European Standard Shipping £14.99 (via Royal Mail)

International Standard £23.99 (via Royal Mail)

(These shipping rates apply to UK Mainland addresses only. Any adjustment due to a non UK Mainland or International address will be applied/calculated at the checkout.)

As of January 1st 2021, our shipping costs do not include local customs charges and taxes to those customers located within the EU. The customer located in the EU is now responsible for import customs declaration charges and local VAT.

All purchases made within the UK and outside of Europe remain unchanged. 

 

Turnaround

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours on all Express Delivery orders, and within 48 hours for all Standard Delivery orders.

Orders are despatched Monday - Saturday 8am - 5pm.

 

Carriers

All UK Mainland orders are shipped via DPD or Royal Mail. We do use a number of partner courier networks to ship to non mainland and international addresses.

 

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Before the final checkout page you will be shown the delivery options available and the calculated costs. This stage will be before any payment is taken.

 

Late/Missed Deliveries

Unfortunately, once we have passed your parcel to the courier, it is the responsibility of the courier to fulfil the requested delivery service. In the case of your delivery being late or missed, please check your tracking information in your dispatch notification email and contact the courier directly.

Refunds

Please note we are unable to refund delivery costs in an instance where a parcel is delayed, or delivery is missed for the following reasons:

  • The courier has attempted delivery but has unfortunately missed you.
  • The courier has for unforeseen circumstances been unable to reach you
  • Vehicle Breakdowns
  • Unable to locate your address
  • Incorrect address provided

Orders Delivered in Safe Place Or With A Neighbour

If you request for your order to be delivered to your safe place or with a neighbour, this is at your own risk and we are not liable.
