Payment Methods We Accept

We offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience:

  • PayPal – Use your PayPal balance or any payment method linked to your PayPal account

Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order or if a refund is required (e.g., for returns), we will issue it back to your original payment method.

Telephone Orders

Prefer to order by phone? No problem! When placing a telephone order, we will ask for your:

  • 16-digit card number

  • Card expiry date

  • CVV (3-digit code on the back of your card)

  • Postcode registered to the card

Klarna Payments at Addiprints

We’ve partnered with Klarna, a trusted Swedish payment provider, to give you flexible payment options.

👗 Pay Later (14 or 30 Days)

Try your order before you pay. Klarna will email you within two days of your purchase with instructions. Pay online, anytime within 14 or 30 days—no fees, as long as you pay on time.

💳 Pay in 3 Installments

Split your payment into three equal, interest-free installments. The first is taken at checkout, then the next two are automatically collected after 30 and 60 days.

Klarna FAQs

Who Can Use Klarna?

You must be 18+ and have a UK billing address. Klarna’s eligibility check won’t impact your credit score.

How to Improve Approval Chances

  • Use your full name and accurate address

  • Ship to your registered billing address

  • Keep your past Klarna payments on track

Will Klarna Do a Credit Check?

Klarna may perform a soft check that doesn’t affect your credit score or show up to other lenders.

Can I Pay Early?

Yes—if using Pay Later. You’ll find instructions in Klarna’s email. (Early payment is not available for Pay in 3.)

What if I Return My Order?

Once Addiprints confirms your return, Klarna will cancel or update your statement accordingly.

Payment Issues or Delays?

If your order hasn’t arrived or you need more time to pay, reach out to Klarna Customer Support to adjust your payment date.

Refunds

Refunds will go back to your original payment method within 5 business days after your return or cancellation is confirmed.
